Service celebration and teacher inservice days

North High and South High staff gathered yesterday at North High for an all-district celebration of those who have worked with us for a decade or longer. Staff members who've been with the district 10, 15, 20, 25, 30--and even 35 years--were all recognized!

In addition, the teacher inservice (held yesterday and today) sessions have included information about Common Core State Standards, teacher appraisal information and systems of support for students.

South High's Rose Gamble and Susan Kuhn were each recognized for 35 years of service--and received a standing ovation!

Staff gather in the cafeteria before the morning meeting begins and enjoys the District 99 band performance!
